- Mercedes-Benz:Actros truck dashboard dashboard Actros truck.
It involved 20 people of the RUSPA staff with 70 trips to Germany and was co-designed via modem in CATIA 4/5 environment. The excellence of the project and the collaboration with the customer's technicians allowed the achievement of the highest quality in production.The results have given the company the Mercedes-Benz level A certification, an award given to the best suppliers of the Daimler group - Renault:Midlum truck central console.
The project has brought strong innovation in the field of production processes by applying new assembly systems that allow rapid adaptation to customer needs. A strong element of variable use of the object has also been applied. - Irisbus-Gibicar: Idea seat.
In collaboration with the well known company of Suzzara, Ruspa has developed an innovative techno-polymer-metal tube molding system that ensures a high robustness of the seat together with a high perceived quality. - Petra Martigny: Petra seat.
Ruspa collaborated with the Swiss finance company on the urban seating project for short-haul trains and buses. The company has been a technical partner for the entire project.. - EvoBus: BR 300 wheel cover disc.
EvoBus in collaboration with Ruspa has developed a wheel cover disc project with quick coupling and magnetic key of great aesthetic effect. Molded in plastic material using 1,200-ton presses, it is very light and can be painted to match the color of the vehicle. For the same bus, Ruspa has also designed an innovative component for the rear part of the vehicle's body. - EvoBus: integrated ashtray for bus.
