RUSPA Officine is equipped with a metal manufacturing division, the oldest of them all; inside there are 20 presses (mechanical and hydraulic) from 20 to 450 tons, suitable also for working with step moulds, equipped with automatic advancing system, assisted by robots that are used to fill the material and manufacture the components.
The tube processing includes blanking and bending. For these processes the company uses tube bending and tapering machines, while welding systems with robotic processing are used for the production of frames and metal parts also suitable for co-moulding.
At the final stage, a special line transports the moulded, degreased, washed and dried pieces to the assembly plant for the final operations of assembly, finishing and packaging.
